Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it is dispatched.
UK DELIVERY TIMES
How long delivery takes depends on which items you order, so we set it out plainly:
- UK Stock items - 2-5 working days from dispatch. Our heaters and dehumidifiers are held in a UK warehouse and ship domestically. They are grouped in our UK Stock - Fast Delivery collection, and each product page says so.
- All other items - 10-20 business days from dispatch. The rest of our range ships from our overseas warehouse. It takes longer, and we would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid.
RATES
United Kingdom: standard delivery £4.99, and free on all orders over £50. Express delivery £6.99 is available on selected UK Stock items.
European Union: standard international delivery £14.99, typically 12-20 business days.
Rest of world (US, Canada, Australia and more): standard international delivery £23.99, typically 15-25 business days.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available we'll email your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
DELAYS
Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by carriers or customs. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@novadrop.uk and we'll investigate and put it right.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@novadrop.uk within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
