PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it is dispatched.

 

DELIVERY TIMES & RATES

United Kingdom: Standard delivery £4.99, typically 6-12 business days from dispatch. Express delivery £6.99 where available.

European Union: Standard international delivery £14.99, typically 8-15 business days.

Rest of world (US, Canada, Australia and more): Standard international delivery £23.99, typically 10-20 business days.

 

TRACKING

Where tracking is available we'll email your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

DELAYS

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by carriers or customs. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us via our contact page and we'll investigate and put it right.

 

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
