14-Day Return Window
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To start a return, email us at with your order number.
What We Cover (Free Returns)
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong item delivered
- Item never arrived (after 30 days from dispatch)
- Item significantly different from the product description
For these cases we'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the item.
Change of Mind Returns
You may return unused items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items used or damaged after delivery
- Hygiene products once opened
- Items returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement
